Organic (for Tea)
Bring 1 cup of water (if desired add 1/2 to 1 tablespoon Stevia) to a boil, then pour over 1/2 teaspoon of powder, cover and let sit for 1 to 2 mins. Remove pan and pour tea into a cup or mug.
You may also add 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/8 teaspoon ground ceylon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to add extra health benefits.
