Cinnamon and it's diversity

There are four major types of cinnamon:
- Cinnamomum verum (Ceylon Cinnamon)
- Cinnamomum burmannii (Korintje Cinnamon)
- Cinnamomum cassia (Saigon Cinnamon)
- Cinnamomum loureiroi (Royal Cinnamon)
Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several tree species from the genus Cinnamomum. Cinnamon is used mainly as an aromatic condiment, flavoring addative and spiritual work.
The 2 main types of cinnamon commonally will be the Ceylon and Saigon to easily purchased in store. Here are some of the benefits found in cinnamon.
Health : Cinnamon is rich in antioxidants and other beneficial compounds. Some research suggests that it may help support blood sugar control, protect against heart disease, and reduce inflammation.
Spiritual : ttracts the energy of abundance, money, a better job, business success, prosperity. It brings luck, pushes away negative energies and attracts positive ones. It also protects physically and spiritually, brings happiness in love, in marriage or when traveling.
